Food assistance (SNAP)
Monthly money for food. You can apply with no income and no address. Every state has its own application.

Ask 211 for your local coordinated entry assessment — that is the door to housing programs. HUD also lists local housing agencies.

Order your birth certificate from the state you were born in, then take it to the DMV for a state ID. A shelter can hold your mail.
